This program provides a practical framework for building a digital skill ledger that connects vocational education with local employment opportunities. It shows how TVET institutions can use Google Workspace, Google Apps Script, Gemini API, Looker Studio, and CommCare to turn daily internship data and supervisor feedback into reliable student scorecards and job readiness indicators. Participants will learn how to collect and manage skills data, automate intern matching for MSMEs, support enterprise digital maturity, and establish a scalable operating model that reduces training costs while improving employment outcomes in Laos.
